Announcing Auditblogs.com
Auditblogs has been created for people who want to examine issues in science, math and economics in general, not just climate science (although that should be a popular subject). So if you want to go through the Stern Review line-by-line, or make comment upon the latest scientific announcements or synthesize the latest news in solar physics, then this is the resource for you.
This is a Wordpress MU installation (exactly the same software that runs Wordpress.com) but with LaTeX, Spam Karma and Bad Behavior support installed as standard. It looks and feels almost exactly the same as a standalone copy of Wordpress, so if you’re familiar with Wordpress, then this will be a breeze. Even if you’re not, Wordpress is very easy and very intuitive to use.
Each blog gets 50 MB of disk space as standard, which is a lot considering you won’t have to store your blog statistics. RSS Feeds from both posts and comments are available as well.
The blogs are named http://something.auditblogs.com where the “something” is whatever you want. Please choose carefully as it cannot be changed afterwards. The title of your blog can be changed at any time.
I’ve installed a big selection of Wordpress Themes for you to choose - many of them are configurable in all sorts of ways from colours to fonts to header pictures (like the clouds on ClimateAudit, for example), so the limitation is only upon your imagination.
